Sunday Experiments: Messy Mattifying & Saran

OK my lovelies if you read the blog you'll see that I picked up Essie Matte About You last week so to day was really messing around with that and seeing what I could get it to do.

 

I first tried it on over my manicure for this week which I think looks hot (apart from the bodged bit), its one of the Autumm designs!... Anyway I also tried out some patters with the Matte about you... read on if you're interested:

If your Bank Account is Suffering and you can't afford an effect nail varnish, or if you don't have nail art brushes there's a Cheap and Cheerful effect that anyone can do.... all you need is 2 Nail Varnishes & Cling film. It looks like this:

GOSH Polishes are Lovely and I can't believe their crackle is being sold for only £1 - definitely picking this up next time I'm in town. As we Head Into the Darker Months the crackles really start coming into their own. Personal favourite: a Gold Crackle over a dark blue like Tilted Blue!
